Introduction

Welcome to our school

I am very pleased to be able to give you a glimpse of our school through our School Website.

We are a caring, energetic and vibrant school; our students and staff are all highly motivated and justly proud of Oriel High.

Our superb team of staff are fully committed to the education of the whole child and offer a rich, varied and engaging curriculum experience that is second to none.

As a truly inclusive school, we aim to ensure that the unique potential of each and every student is fully realised. Support and guidance are individually planned to the highest standard in full partnership with parents and carers.

We endeavour to be at the heart of the community and our work in this regard is considered to be ‘outstanding’ (OfSTED 2008). As a recently built school we offer excellent facilities situated in a very pleasant and spacious setting.

We openly invite you to visit us to see our school in action and to experience for yourself the many special qualities that make up Oriel High School.

I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to our school in the very near future.
